  We have a spectacular Estate Sale near Hillcrest and LBJ Fwy with more than 8,000 square feet of climate-controlled space containing gently used high-end items from beautiful Art to a sturdy Zebra-skinned bench.

  This $1 million estate has been home for more than two decades to a nice family that has enjoyed entertaining, music, and international travel.  Your entrance to the sale is through the gate on Peyton Drive and is being conducted throughout the first floor – including in all bays of the six-car garage, music room, and upper patio area.  You can park on either side of Peyton Drive or in the parking lot at Valley View Park across the street.

  We will limit the number of customers in the house at one time and will provide sequential numbers to those waiting.  We’ll provide separate sequential numbers for customers interested in high-end jewelry and other items displayed in locked cases.  Please avoid bringing large bags, boxes and/or oversized coats or very large purses into the sale.  We reserve the right to inspect anything brought into the house.  Also, no unattended children inside or outside the house.  – Thank You!

  The Sunken Living Room features an awesome European Contemporary Roche Bobois Sofa in Light Gray in the shape of a “U” that comfortably seats ten.  The room also features two very tall super-sturdy Acrylic (Lucite) display units with removable shelves.  We recall Acrylic is four times stronger than glass.  We have large Live Plants in Pots along with an Acrylic Display unit for your precious Art Piece.  The top and base are separated for display purposes.  There is another matching Acrylic Piece that can be a Bench or it can also be used as a Side Table.  We have a small glass (desk) table with matching Lamps (BNI) and a Narrow Sofa Table with interesting Brass Art Piece and Decorative Boxes.  The Acrylic Displays house some framed Modern Art and other interesting Art Pieces.  The Fireplace Hearth features interesting Sculptures, Figurines and other interesting items.  We also have some large Wrap Scarves (still in Original Packaging), a tray of Heart Coin Purses, a Stanley Korshak Desk Set,  We also have a Polished Fossil and a Mounted Coral on a Thick Glass Base.

  The Dining Room has ten Dining Chairs and a 10’x12’  Brown Pattern Wool Rug.  There are two Half Barrel Duncan Phyfe Buffets;  These are hard to find pieces in good condition.  We have beautiful Art Glass some are hand formed (blown).  We have Amber, Multi-Colored, Clear, Clear with Green Accent and more. We have a low Contemporary Black Lacquered Coffee Table in great condition.  There are three tall Clear Glass vases, a Pair of Silver Plate Birds, Crystal Candle Sticks and a Glass Pumpkin.  We also have a large Ceramic Pot and an Asian Ginger Jar with Lid and a Heavy Crystal Bowl with Green Glass Heats (sold separately).  There are some interesting Ferns in Large Pots included for sale.

  Bedroom #1 (Jack) features a Full Sleep Number Bed 5000 by Select Comfort in Excellent Condition.  There are some unusual Reading Glasses (ask for help to open) as there is a little trick.  A Gift Box of Cosmetic Brushes, an assortment of Metal Puzzles along with some Bedding.  We also have a Playseat Driving Game Chair Simulator Cockpit Racing Video for SP-Xbox-Wii-PC, etc. in Great Condition.  We have a Mad Catz Two Piece Steering Wheel and Pedals by Xbox for Racing.  We have another Double Bed with Frame and with Jewelry Drawer Sorters along with an assortment of Magic Trick Items.  We also have an assortment of Hello Kitty Leather Bracelets.  We have some Star War Items (NEW) and an assortment of Games.  Some are New, and some are barely used.  We have Dart Boards, two Bamboo Containers (clothes) and a Wastebasket,  We also have some stuffed animals and a nice office chair.

  Bedroom #2 (Jill) features a Metal Stand for Display, numerous Stuffed Animals, a Fabric Top Metal Stool, a Baby Crib (no Mattress) made in Italy in excellent condition.  There is a Twin Bed with Mattress and Box Spring, Rails, Headboard, and Footboard.  It has a Matching Nightstand and a Desk with Removable Top.  We have some Toys and Stuffed animals along with some Twin Bedding.  We also have a nice assortment of Children’s Books, Alarm Clock, Small Toys, Picture Frames, Lava Lamp and Rangers souvenir baseball bats.
