Pretty much a fun sale for everyone this week ! Well, not too many tools, but fun nonetheless. The sale will be Friday/Saturday, November 4-5, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The sale location is 1810 FM 521, South of Brazoria. The driveway is in the middle of a large curve, so PLEASE travel carefully, folks ! There's a caution light where County Rd. 315 T's into 521, the driveway is just a little South of there. We're trying to get the right of way mown before Friday, for lots of great parking. The driveway is long, with fencing on both sides. The property owners would prefer that no one block the driveway. If it's dry,(and it's looking pretty promising for great weather), there will be limited parking along the drive. We'll have the property just beyond the sale house taped off. They homeowners do not want people parking on, nor blocking their property, please. Please consider only using the driveway for picking up your purchases. Also, since there IS someone living on the property, please don't do any "scouting" of the property before the sale. The sign-up sheet will go out around 7:30-8:00 on Friday morning, and we'll begin calling the first names around 8:45. The homeowner has requested that no children under the age of 10 be allowed in the sale areas. Plus, there will be NO large purses, no back packs, no large shopping bags, or similar, allowed into the sale area. By insisting on bringing them in, you're agreeing to have them searched.
