  We have an eclectic Estate Sale in the heart of the Prestonwood Lakes neighborhood of Dallas near Arapaho and Hillcrest packed with more than two decades of interesting goodies.  From big to small, newer to older, and high-end to low-end items, there’s something here for everyone.  We limit the number of customers in the house and distribute sequential numbers to those waiting to enter the sale.

  The Entry / Living Room features a very nice entry table loaded with Asian items, a large framed painting, lots of jewelry (some sterling and plenty of costume) in cases and baskets, some new items and many other interesting collectables.  We have a very large Lexington high-end plaid couch with down-filled pillows, two identical mid-century couches (in excellent condition) - colors include shades of orange and beige with darker accents.  These couches were very gently used and well cared for.  We also have a collection of unusual end tables, magazine holders, lamps (BNI) and an assortment of blown glass Christmas ornaments (from Slovakia, Poland, and Germany).  Make sure you look for all the interesting knick-knacks and collectables.  There is a great overstuffed chair, lots of interesting pillows and wooden storage boxes (small and large).  We have an upscale farmhouse solid wood Lexington rectangular table (the top is one solid piece) along with six rounded-top, straight-back chairs and two rounded-top arm chairs (all in great condition).  We have a nice mid-century set of block Flamenco dishes from Germany (white with red and black) design.  We also have some nice pieces of Nambe platters.  Check out the designer purses and the large assortment of leather gloves in various lengths (wrist, elbow and over the elbow).  We also have a large vintage brass table lamp (BNI) with nice shade and a great marble top round table.

  The Master Bedroom has a Lexington king bedroom set by Bob Timberlake in cherry wood.  It has a large headboard and large footboard with heavy rails.  We have a king mattress and box spring in good shape. We have two nightstands (each is a different style).  We have a tall plantation chest and a two-piece entertainment hutch (the top part can be separated from the bottom) and can be converted into a bar, clothes closet, or pantry.  The bottom is finished on top and can be used as a short chest.  We have a butter color leather covered Ralph Lauren club chair (with a tooled design) in great condition - this is really a nice chair.  We also have a pair of lamps with shades (BNI), extra lamp shades and a fireplace set.  We have a nice green and white area rug, throw pillows and some décor.  There is a nice assortment of bedding (some new). We have women’s PJ bottoms, pants and T-shirts.  We have Women’s shoes, boots (short and tall), sandals and pumps in Sizes 8 to 10.  We have great wing back chair in chocolate suede and throw pillows.  Come early for the best selection.

  The Dining Room has a French provincial modern table with rare slanted legs (one column on each end).  This table has two large leaves and comes with nice table pads.  We also have two straight-back chairs and two arm chairs. We have a nice assortment of lead crystal vases; bowls and serving pieces - some vintage.  We have lead crystal wine / water glasses, martini glasses, and cordial glasses.  We also have some carnival glass.  We have an assortment of napkins, and placemats.  We have some live plants, planters, a heavy marble plant-stand, and a nice metal framed pagoda shelf with five glass shelves.  We have a nice wing back chair in a floral pattern and a long narrow (sofa, entry, or buffet) table.  There is a vintage wire shelf plant stand with CD’s & DVD’s staged on it.  We also have tall vases, a large purple glass bowl, a lamp with shade (BNI) and an interesting framed picture .  And finally we have another Lexington piece a Entry or Buffett Table.

  The Kitchen & Eating Area has bar items, flatware, dishes, pots utensils, storage containers, baking pans, small appliances and much more.  There is a small marble top table and two metal-framed chairs.  We have a small two-column storage drawer and a small wooden storage unit.  We also have some vintage Corningware, pieces from Italy, cook books and Pyrex bakers.  We have a wooden stool, a small cooler, some framed wall art and a great raw wood narrow table which holds some very nice table linens with a nice framed picture above.  We have gift bags and a great small wooden chest / box.  We have a large coffee pot and a like-new grill, a Krupp’s coffee grinder and a hand mixer.  We have nice wine glasses, a wooden wine box, hot pads, and cooking mitts.  We also have two framed pictures, a nice wastebasket / umbrella stand, and a small runner.

  The Office / Electronics Room features lots of women’s clothing; purses, tote bags, scarves (many very long), hats, caps and golf hats.  We have a nice small wooden desk with center drawer and leather insert in excellent condition with drawers on each side.  We have a large round work table, a great city scene canvas painting, a storage cub seat, and an Aiwa CD/recorder.  We have a book stand with shelves, a vintage record cabinet on casters and electronics; Sony, Phillips and Toshiba. There also a wooden TV stand / microwave or printer cart on casters. There is also a 48” vintage round pedestal solid wood table.  We have a vintage captain’s chair a rush back arm chair with padded seat.  We have an HP Printer, a PlayStation 3 with single hand control and a Sega Dream Cast game with single control and a Wii with lots of extra accessories.  We have assorted office items, picture frames, and some luggage.  We also have a Pentax Camera and a locking two-drawer wooden file cabinet with keys.  There are some bathroom towels and a small tub of bagged notion items.

  The Jack & Jill Bath features some clothing (PJ’s and robes), toiletries, notion items, and Bath Mate, toothbrushes, hair brushes, gloves, shampoos, make-up, and lotions.

  The Back Bedroom has a great vintage rocking chair, a vintage square table, a stationary rattan chair with rush Seat, a gun cabinet (needs a new lock), and a small dresser / entry piece with marble top.  There is also an oval vintage side table, a full fabric headboard, a rack of clothing that includes some vinyl clothing and skimpy lingerie.  We also have Stiletto shoes (red & black) NEW, a round mirror, A picture holder and some nice framed art.  We also have some vinyl over the knee (thigh) boots (NEW).  We have a very nice folding card table and four folding chairs (like New), some vintage games (some are New) and some Art Supplies.  We have some wall art and accessories along with a vintage straight back chair with cloth seat.  We have women’s sweaters, turtlenecks, and T-shirts.

  The Laundry Room has assorted candles, paper plates / napkins, cleaning supplies, cook books, a Whirlpool washer and an electric dryer.

  The Double Garage has a Stiga Ping Pong table with accessories, a Whirlpool Washer & Electric Dryer (Newer Models), some women’s golf clubs (three sets + 1 New Bag), women’s golf shoes, books, Hampton Bay tall brown square patio table plus 8 Hampton Bay tall patio chairs.  We have lots of Christmas decorations; including a lighted wreath, statues, lots of lights (tested good), totes and bins, a desk with storage top, a baker’s rack with three glass shelves and wine rack.  We have lots of clay pots (all different sizes).  We also have some hardware items and hand tools.  We have a wooden chest with five drawers, a 4-drawer file cabinet, some autumn items, and Halloween items.  We have a nice Sony radio with two speakers, a Harden sleeping bag and a Lasko blower, and grill pans.  There are some folding chairs, and a vintage swivel bar stool.  We have some yard tools and garden hand tools.  We have two small vintage trunks and a 4-foot wooden step ladder.  We have a vintage card table with green top, a dog gate, and some boxes of Dura Flame quick start logs.   We have hose reels / caddies with hoses, a 2-drawer metal black file cabinet and some luggage.

  The Patio features a great outdoor patio couch with cushions.  We have two matching arm chairs (sold separately).  We have a nice smaller round patio table with two chairs, live plants, planters, and yard art.  We have a nice love seat and a smaller black round metal table.  We also have two lounge/recliners.
