Owner has moved into a living assited unit and has to leave behind a lot of very nice items.

A early 1900's White treddle sewing machine. (Still works according to owner.)

30-40's Dining room table with 6 chairs, extra leave and a matching hutch.

Furniture her father made in the early 1900's.  A cedar chest, toy chest and plant stand.

Lots of very nice Christmas decorations in the bedroom and various other items in the garage.

Craft items galore, including a craft sewing machine and serger.  

She loved to cook, so the kitchen is filled with various appliances and cooking accessories.

In the garage is an ironing board and a cutting board made by her father.

Garage has some garden equipment, a few old tools, various machine items.

Also in the garage are a lot of food items and cleaning supplies.

Take El Mirage Hwy. to the Deer Valley Access Rd.  Left at the light . Road ends at Deer Valley.  Turn right On Deer Valley and drive about 2 miles to 151st Ave.  Left on 151st Ave to White Horse Ln. turn right on White Horse to 153rd.  House is on the corner.
