This is a great sale in midtown! Beautiful clean home with lots of antique furniture, new Christmas decor all over the house, a wide variety of collectibles and antiques plus appliances.

10K and 14K fine jewelry to include bracelets and necklaces

  Monumental walnut two piece storage and display cabinet.  Continental, circa 1870.  Upper section has a tall backboard with cabinets.  Beneath is a broad carved frieze detail with a colonnade of pilasters.  Upper center unit has a recessed panel cabinet door with carved floral design.   Key is present.  Central upper unit is flanked by two open arched storage bays.  Two decorative railing galleries feature machine turned urn fretwork.  An inverted curved cornice features a central acanthus leaf detail.   Front of upper cabinet is supported by machine turned trumpet, urn and block shaped balusters.   The lower unit has a wooden top with routed edges.  Beneath are two drawers with dovetail joinery, and decorative brass bail pulls .  The drawer fronts are curved and have a braided frieze detail. Condition:  Very good to excellent.   Piece sustained some shrapnel and bullet damage to back during a bombing in Vienna during WWII.
