Bay Street Landing has strict rules on holding Sales at this location. Please abide by the following:
Please do not try to enter through the Security Gates. Public parking (90 degree back in parking) on the street in front of 10 Bay St. Landing is permitted or you could use the Parking Lot at Lyons Pool if space is available. Justin will be at the door and will escort groups of 5 people at a time to the Apartment. Due to the fact that this is a large packed open Studio Apartment and people need to be escorted in and out, be mindful of the other people who may be waiting in the cold and try to make your transactions in a timely manner.
