If you DO have a valid resale certificate, then PLEASE bring your certificate and paperwork to show us........OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED SALES TAX !! We verify certificates ON SITE (on smart phone) at the State Board of Equalization website !!!! Any estate seller who is NOT charging, and remitting, sales tax to the state of CA, is breaking the law. Please....... Cash, personal checks & Credit cards accepted over $25((under $100 there is a $2 service fee)) EVERYTHING will be sold......."AS IS" & "WHERE IS" & "HOW IS" .......and that's how we sell it. There are NO returns so PLEASE.......look over your purchases carefully BEFORE buying. Please inspect your purchases BEFORE buying.......there are NO RETURNS for any reason. Once it leaves the house, it does not come back !! NOTHING will be pre-sold !! Everything you see in the photos is what is at the sale !! (( unless the family decided to keep something at the last minute )) You MUST bring your own truck, tools & help......we DO NOT help you remove large items. HELLO FRIENDS !!
We want to say a big thank you for everyone who joined us at our first estate sale at this Upland house.......it was EPIC and we had a ton of wonderful buyers !!!
Well.....we do have a few items remaining from the sale AND the family has a few more items that they will be adding to what didn't sell. PLUS.....
The metal shed in the backyard that was locked......is now unlocked and everything in there will be for sale. From what the family says, there is some petroliana related items since he owned a gas station and other related items.
WE WILL BE POSTING PHOTOS OF THE NEW ITEMS ON TUESDAY, THE 20th.
If you have already been to the house, this is a chance to see the house almost empty......in case you want the house. If you are interested in buying the house, contact Anna Child....
