This sale is not for everyone. I would venture to say it is not for most. Those of you with little fear of spiders, dirt, grease, bugs, vermin, hornets, messes and dangerous stuff laying all around as well as tripping hazards, feel free to come dig and shop at your own risk. For the weak of heart or tire-kickers in the crowd, I would suggest you steer clear of this messy man’s sale and come instead to our Thursday bonanza in Rosemont; sure to make everyone happy with a pleasant shopping experience. As for the man’s man or tom-girls who wants to come by and find some junk to salvage at Cosmos on Wednesday…bring a sturdy box, flash-lite, slap on some gloves and closed toed boots and have at it!

This man has tried to empty the house and lot by having a one day sale himself but has not made much of a dent. Realize ahead that he threw nearly everything in the house away so you are mostly shopping from the yard, sheds and garage as well as garden. Please don’t expect any Picassos.
