1-To register to bid online you must have a credit card. Nothing will be billed to that card unless you fail to pay for your winning bid by the time stated. Failure to pay for your winning bids by the time stated will result in a non refundable deposit charged to your card in the amount of the buyer’s fee on each vehicle and you will not be able to register to bid on the online auction in the future.

2-All balances are due by the next business day at 2pm unless you have made other arrangements. Do not bid if you don't have the funds to pay!

3-Payment will need to be in the form of CASH ONLY. No personal checks or debits.

4-All vehicles are sold AS IS - WHERE IS there is no warranty expressed or implied. PLEASE come check the vehicles out prior to bidding. It is your responsibility to know what you are bidding on in advance! You can get keys during normal business hours on any vehicle.

5-There is a $149.00 buyer's fee on all winning bids on each vehicle.

6-You will be responsible for safety and emissions on your purchase and any repairs that may be needed to pass safety or emissions. If a vehicle comes with a current safety and emission test you will be charged the 45.00 fee and will not have to go get one done on your own.

7-You will be responsible for registering your vehicle.

8-We are able to issue you a 96 hours transit permit to get your purchase home, there is a fee of 2.50 and you will need to provide proof of current insurance on the vehicle you are currently driving.

9-Sales tax is collected here at the time of purchase, you will not be charged again at the time of registration.

10-All titles will be ready for pickup within 48 hours of payment; you will receive all documents needed to take to the DMV along with your safety and emissions to license your vehicle. All forms given to you need to be kept together! DO NOT put money into your vehicles until you have received the titles from us…If for some reason we are not able to get the title we will refund your entire purchase price but not your repairs.

11-All titles will be put in the registered bidder's name.

12-Exempt means that the vehicle is 10 years old or older and the MVED no long tracks mileage on them. Actual means the mileage is actual, Discrepancy means the mileage showing is not the actual mileage.

13-Some vehicles could have a reserve and if needed will be protected by the auctioneer on behalf of the seller. Vehicles with a reserve amount that is NOT met could be listed again in the next auction.
