  Happy New Year 2017!  This week we have an interesting Estate Sale in Garland packed with lots of goodies.  There are items from three generations of a nice family including items like flat screen TVs, Dallas Cowboys autographed footballs and other sports memorabilia.  There is something here for everyone!  Remember; we will limit the number of people in the house, and we’ll distribute sequential numbers to those who are waiting to enter.  Thank you!

  In the Entry / Living Room / Check Out Area - We have a great hutch full of crystal and china.  There are also some Lenox and European items.  We have an awesome curio cabinet with concave glass door & key.  One shelf has birds with beautiful flowers, one shelf has cups and saucers, and the others have all sorts of vintage items (mostly small).  We have a vintage wood letter drawer, a new box of Lenox flutes, and umbrellas.  We have some nice framed pictures, and a floating hanging macramé table with a small tea set.  We have two swivel rocker chairs, a sleeper sofa and a nice wood rocking chair.  You will also find a nice selection of bibles, a beveled glass table top, and two baskets of jewelry.  One of the baskets has earrings and the other has necklaces.  We have a nice rattan shelf table with Asian items a vintage tea set some glass desert plates and a large Mikasa salad bowl with cups and a large tray.  We have a vintage framed plate, two matching framed scenic pictures, and a flat mirror.  The lighted hutch has lots of stemmed crystal glasses (Williams – Washington) along with Lenox, some awesome China, and some fluted stemmed bowls.  We have a secretary fold down desk with lots on little items that may pique your interest.  We have a 144 piece set of brass flatware from Thailand.  We have some pens, vintage sexy key chains watches, a Waterford clock (with new battery), a mink jacket, and some music books.  There is also a nice vintage wood coffee table featuring more pottery, jewelry and evening bags.  The case is very full this time with interesting items - some vintage, some new-like small paper weights, and interesting boxes.  Come early for the best selection.

  In the Dining Room features a nice round vintage wood table and four vintage chairs without arms.  We have three Henredon short buffets.  We will be selling each buffet separately though they look great together.  We have a modern figurine, a lamp with shade (BNI), a pedestal, plenty of crystal and china, and some unusual pieces. We have plenty of vintage pieces on the round table, along with vintage / collectable pieces.  Come early to get the best selection.

  The Office has three computers; a Toshiba Laptop, a Lenovo Laptop, and a Dell Netbook - all work well.  We have a nice adjustable computer desk on big casters.  We have a nice office high-back chair in black with arms, a four drawer file cabinet and a nice shredder.  We have three types of file boxes / caddies, and three boxes of hanging folders.  We have an artist’s desk (tilts up or lays flat for writing / drawing), a computer desk with assorted office items, and a lateral two drawers file cabinet.  We have some CDs, DVDs, a HP Fax 1250, a Memorex 6142u Scanner, and a HP Deskjet 6800 printer.  There is a new SLIK Universal Tripod U112 and ALZIO 100 14 inch Tent kit.  Come early for the best selection.

  The Den is set up like a “Best Buy” showroom.  We have a Sony PS4 video game with some games, a flat screen Sony 40 inch 1080p LCD television with remote Visio 42 inch 1080p LCD with remote and a Visio 55 inch 1080p LCD with remote.  We have a Sony powered sub-woofer, a pair of BOSE speakers, and plenty of MISC items.  We also have a Sony Discrete Amplifier – Digital Audio / Video Control Center, a Sony Disc Mega Storage 200CD, and a Sony a Multi-Channel AV Receiver.  There is a Samsung DVD / VHS Player (no remote).  There is an Electric Hospital Bed with electric control and rails.  We also have a food tray for over the hospital bed that is adjustable on casters.  We have lot of Dallas Cowboys items, including autographed footballs; Super Bowl 1994, (one by Emmet Smith and one by Troy Aikman), caps, T-Shirts and sweats, caps, writing tray, throws, book and more.  We also have some UT items including T-Shirts and throws along with caps.  We also have a storage unit with radios and cameras.  Come early to get the items you want.

  The Kitchen Eating / Family Room has two nice floral print large wingback chairs, an interesting Christmas fireplace screen, some very nice fireplace tools, lots of books - including an entire course of Chef books, cook books, some children’s books and novels.  There is an entire built in shelf of knick-knacks.  The fireplace hearth has some interesting vintage items including bird houses.  We have a few jars of match books and a nice rust colored couch with three seat cushions.  There are also some nice throw pillows.  We have a rattan trunk (using as a coffee table).  We have a few nice lamps with shades (BNI) and an oak end table.  We also have some vintage pictures, floral arrangements and candles.  We have assorted brass, vintage to modern dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, roasters, and a new (in the box) Presto pressure cooker.  There is a new set of Kitchen Aid pots and pans, assorted glass pitchers, plates, salad, candy, and more.  We have casseroles with covers and caddies, cake plate with cover, vintage ash trays, lazy Susan, and dishes.  We have OXO new steel Good Grip bottle openers, Good Grip peelers and can openers.  We have two vintage wood chairs.  We have an awesome set of Independence Ironstone from Japan with lots of extra serving pieces.  There is a new Salter food weight scale, We have a New VacuVin Wine savor, a Mr. Coffee 12 cup Coffee Maker and two sizes of Bodum expresso makers new in the box. There is a small hand crank ice cream maker, Corningware, coffee presses and more.  We have three gently used knife sets – one with a cutting block.  There is a small Samsung Classic Collection II microwave oven, a white Kenmore Fridge / Freezer, assorted tea kettles, pots and pans, Fiber ware coffee maker, fry pans, large slow cooker, Cuisinart little pro plus food processor with lots of attachments.  We have a Food Savor with accessories, tea maker, wood cutting boards, all sorts of kitchen utensils and knives.  We have assorted Glasses, plates dish sets and there are two Black & Decker handy steamer plus, a larger Cuisinart Food Processor, a Sunbeam Mix Master, assorted stainless steel flat wear, cups, soup cups, a nice Krupps, Cappuccino maker and more.  We have plenty of interesting aprons.  There are also some New Henckles knives and a cutting board.  We have vintage aprons, plastic containers and a very nice set of Pfaltzgraff Vienna Floral Dishes along with a casual set of Oneida / Artasia dishes.  Come early for the best selection.

  The Garage has a lot of great items.  There are plenty of hand tools, a portable cot, two spring metal patio chairs with small table and a great glider.  We have a Kenmore side-by-side stainless steel Fridge / Freezer (no ice maker), a card table, and Christmas items (including boxed trees).  We also have lots of yard and garden items, extension cords, rope, license plates and a Weber grill.  We have some iron skillets, Christmas wrap with containers, a 5 foot aluminum ladder, a clothes dryer rack, baskets, and some really nice live plants.  We have yard and garden tools including shovels, rakes, and saws along with pole tree trimmers and spades.  We have a Power Trainer P/A, some assorted hardware, sports bags, fishing lures, a vintage lantern chandelier and a modern pineapple shaped crystal bead chandelier.  There is a cabinet still in the box, wall racks, a Riccar vacuum cleaner with all its parts, some Ryobi power tools, battery charger and light bulbs, totes, some toys and a large folding table.

  The Hall / Utility we have a front-loading Kenmore Elite Smart Washing Machine and a Whirlpool Electric Dryer.  There are also some cleaning chemicals. We have some vintage framed pictures, and an oval mirror, other framed pictures, a mirror and clothing from UT Dallas.

  The Craft / Sewing / Quilt Room is packed with sewing notions and fabric pieces.  We have bath, hand and wash cloths in abundance here.  There are patterns and containers, books and some crafting bags.  We have two vintage matching chairs, a small suitcase and a vintage office chair.  We have throws and plenty of handmade quilts.  We have an entire shelf of quilt tops – they just need finishing.  We have a few high-quality sewing machines.  We have a Singer Slant-O-Matic 500 with some attachments and books and a Singer 6233 Zig Zag Free Arm.  We have a nice wood sewing machine case with drawers on one side, we also have a larger wood sewing machine wood case on casters which has a door for spools of thread and small bins and drawers.  The real gem in this room is the super Husqvarna Viking Sewing Machine Designer Diamond which is like new, used only a few times.  This awesome machine comes does it all and comes in a carry case along and another case for books.  It also comes with the books and three plastic bins of notions and additional information.  We have four Air Hawk Portable Comfort Forming Air Seats all new.  There are two bins of thread, scissors and other notions and craft items.  We have hundreds of NEW Doo Do Du Rags or Bikers Caps in military service and USA styles along with Confederate flag.  We also assorted WileyX Eyewear in cases, glass cleaning cloths, clips, straps, cloth protectors and plenty of extra lenses.  Come early for the best selection.

  The Boutique / Men’s & Women we have two racks of ladies clothing and one rack for men.  There are slacks, jeans, blouses, tops, shorts, skirts, dresses, sweaters, T-shirts, and some dresses.  We have purses, shoes, boots, gloves and hankies.  We have a small camel back trunk and two older dressers (one small and one medium) in size.  There are large men’s tops, jeans and pants.  Also; we have one wood twin headboard.  We have plenty of caps (some new) and shoe shine kit in a Wood box.

  The Bedroom / Bedding We have a very nice queen mattress and box spring with rails – a Sealy Posturepedic Grandeur Acclaim Pillow Top.  There are at least two dozen Full sets of sheets most have the pillow cases, there are some Twin, Queen and King as well.  We have some bed protectors and pillows.  We have some oval concave vintage pictures, an awesome wood French provincial triple dresser with mirror and matching chest, and a night stand.  All are in great condition.  We have lots of extra pillow cases, single sheets, and some sheet garters.  Come early for the best selection.
