We verify certificates ON SITE (on smart phone) at the State Board of Equalization website !!!! Any estate seller who is NOT charging, and remitting, sales tax to the state of CA, is breaking the law. Please....... Cash, personal checks & Credit cards accepted over $25((under $100 there is a $2 service fee)) EVERYTHING will be sold......."AS IS" & "WHERE IS" & "HOW IS" .......and that's how we sell it. There are NO returns so PLEASE.......look over your purchases carefully BEFORE buying. Please inspect your purchases BEFORE buying.......there are NO RETURNS for any reason. Once it leaves the house, it does not come back !! NOTHING will be pre-sold !! Everything you see in the photos is what is at the sale !! (( unless the family decided to keep something at the last minute )) You MUST bring your own truck, tools & help......we DO NOT help you remove large items.
