Listing Information

Littlejohn’s Legacy Estate Sale

Tuesday April 9th 9am-6pm
2209 Ione Street Sacramento 95864

Thanks to all of you who came by Watson in the rain, wind, cold or overcast weather this past few days to shop, helping us to empty the home completely for that family. We even managed to sell all three cars with the help of you clients and we are grateful for all of your enthusiasm when it came to having to wade through the mud and weeds out in the yard and the knee high grass and flowers under your feet. We all enjoyed it and hope those of you who came did also.

As for this Tuesday, we invite you to a one day only brisk and frenzied sale at 2209 Ione Street Sacramento 95864 in the Country Club Plaza area from 9am-6pm.

The home is small, clean and organized and while not much of a digger it has a fair amount to offer and must all be gone by day’s end.

We invite you to shop from 9am-3pm with fair pricing, 3pm-5pm with half price deals and 5pm-6pm with boxlot prices of $5 each box you bring ‘em and fill ‘em.

This price also applies for bags if you’d rather fill a bag.

Free items will go from the garage area at the end of the sale when we close.
We are happy to work in a nice neighborhood, have plenty of parking and be closer to home once more. It is not too far of a drive for many of us.

The Littlejohn’s Legacy
This couple was known to many in the neighborhood as the Elks and Emblem Club members for over 30 years, where they spent much of their time fraternizing. The  couple lived in this home for 60 years of marriage.
He was a Pearl Harbor survivor and would not let you forget it.
She was a typist for McClellen and also worked the vertical flight indicator over-hauler for 30 years which was no small feat.

The Littlejohn’s raised two boys here in this home, one of which has already passed away at a young 63 years of age of lung cancer.
The couple had one dog Kila who will be remember forever and is thought of daily by the lady of the home who has moved to an assisted living establishment.

We are happy to have you over to shop from this families heirlooms from beer steins and hand painted European dishware to a brand new front load washer and dryer and plenty of garden and hand tools, some fancy gal clothes for cruises, nice quality furnishings and a little bit of everything you may want or need for your own home.

Thanks once more for your patronage and also the read.
