All items are sold as is, where is, without guarantee
No Refunds, No Exchanges. We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks (3% credit card and personal check convenience fee. Please bring help if you purchase large items. All items are to be removed same day, or arrangements must be made for next day pick-up. Any items left, and not picked up will become the property of Olde Mill Town Auction & Consignment Gallery, Inc. There is ample parking around the premises. No smoking in home, out barns or warehouse.
Estate Tag Sales & Public Auctions are the quickest and most efficient way of selling/liquidating one piece or the entire contents of an estate.
