What a fun sale we have this week ! It will be at 205 Montclaire, in Columbia Lakes. Every room is packed full ! 

 

Montclaire is a street off Lakewood Drive, which is off the Main Street,(Freeman Blvd,),  coming into Columbia 

Lakes, right across from the driveway into La Casona. (Gee, guess where WE’LL be getting lunch from ??)  

Montclaire will be the third street. We’ll have our signs out. Please don’t block the streets, intersections, or driveways.

 

The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00, Friday morning. Please note, if you try to come into Columbia Lakes, 

before the first EL worker has come through the gate, they’ll normally ask you to wait until one of us gets there. 

 

There will be no children allowed in the estate sale location, not only because of the crowded home, but because 

the homeowner has requested it. There will also be no large hand bags, snap sacks, strollers, shopping bags, etc., 

allowed into the sale area.

 

Large or bulky items will be marked with two-part tags. If you’d like to purchase the item, please take the 

BOTTOM half of the tag, and hang on to it. No one else may purchase it, without that bottom half. If you 

change your mind, please find an EL worker, and give it to them, so they can reattach it. 

 

Estate Liquidators does not provide loaders, carriers, or pack mules for your large purchases. Please 

make arrangements to have your items carried away.

Hard rock maple Nichols & Stone dinette set w/4 chairs, Airline stereo in cabinet, small selection of jewelry 

and tools, air compressor,(compressor works, but there’s a hole in the tank), great selection of vintage milk 

glass, carnival glass, slag glass items, Fostoria American, Whitehall, Wexford, Mundgeblasen Burri blown 

glass bird, huge,(I am talking ginormous, people !), rooster collection, “The Game OF Sweeny” board game
