Thanks to all who made it to our sale on BeeJay Court in Fair Oaks. That was a great amount of stuff to dig through and everyone seemed to go home happy. While this home is not packed, it is fairly full of fun surprises. The late owners were well known in the community and have memories from the two loves of their business lives; Liquor salesman on his side and Old Sac candy store on hers.

Fun Facts For Raimondi Household

They were the original owners of this home built on the last vacant lot on the street in 1962.

The couple created six healthy and well-loved children raised in this house, with the great Land Park right across the street.

Mr Raimondi was a long respected salesman and manager in the local and regional liquor industry, with many connections to the source of wineries and producers.
Mrs Raimondi, a long time homemaker, ventured into the retail business with Calico Confections– an old fashioned candy and ice cream store in Old Sacramento from 1975-1985.
Both were active in the community; Holy Spirit Church, Local food bank, walking in Land Park with other regulars and also with neighbors often stopping by to say “Hi”.
Love was all over this home.

This home offers vintage fountain stools from Old Sacramento, vintage liquor bottles, advertising such as lamps, trivets and glasses from the industry, lots and lots of ladies clothes, dishes, silver, jewelry, knives, grand piano, rugs, furniture and plenty else to shop from.
