"Everything will sell as is where is" Announcements made from the auction block take precedence over previous announcements or preprinted materials. All vehicles must have a clear title registered in the name of the person consigning it. All trailers must have a title or registration reciept, and in the name of the person consigning it. If you buy a vehicle you must show libility insurance before you drive it off the lot.
You must have a valid Ag/Timber or resale certificate on file or presented to office when you REGISTER to obtain tax exemptions.
