GREENLAKE ESTATE SALE Address posted Friday am SEATTLE, WA 98103 SAT 4/27 9am-4PM SUN 4/28 10am-3pm Terms and Conditions:WA STATE SALES TAX COLLECTED. Cash; credit/debit card. We hand out numbers when we arrive (about 8am). Numbers given for main floor only. Basement opens through garage simultaneously. You must be present to collect a number from us. Limited entry to 25. All sales final. No pre-sales, previews or pricing info given before the sale. Due to a recent conflict, we use only our sold stickers. If you want an item, please let someone on the staff know. We will put sold on it for you. Please do not disturb the grandson living in the home. The family is “shopping†Friday evening. I cannot guarantee that all items listed or pictured will be available for sale on Saturday. Forty years in the house and it is packed. Due to steep stairs, upstairs & downstairs will have separate entrances and cash registers. Both will open at 9:00. Numbers for main floor only.
