Please note: All sales are final. All sales as is. We accept credit card (ID required), cash and checks (ID required). Please respect the neighborhood when parking accordingly. We offer delivery of all items. Listing prices non-negotiable as they are fair market value. Our sales are family and kid friendly! Sorry - no pets.

Entrance to Sale - 'First Access': MLES kindly offers first access to fifteen (15) guests who contact MLES in-advance @ mainlineestatesales@gmail.com and submit first & last name, email, zip code and choice of Friday or Saturday. We will respond to your email within 24 hours confirming you are on the First Access list. Confirmed First Access attendees bypass lines and enter estate sale at 9am sharp. We will call you by name and your confirmation is your zip code. *If late arriving, you will receive immediate access to enter sale pending occupancy limit of home.**

General Entrance Policy - We ask and assist guests to establish an orderly and friendly entrance line leading to marked entrance of home. Pending appropriate occupancy, MLES permits guests to enter efficiently and quickly to best accommodate everyone.
