Wiregrass Estate Sales is honored to have been chosen to liquidate this fine estate in Lowndesboro.  The home has been lived in by the same family for 86 years. The last homeowner has moved to assisted living, and it is time to sell its wonderful contents!

ATTENTION: If you have never been to one of my sales before, I hope you will come!  Please pay close attention to the rules, we do things somewhat different than most of the other Montgomery estate sale companies.  We do not have a sign-up list, simply line up at the front door.  NO CHECKS, we accept cash or debit/credit card with a 3% convenience charge.  We charge applicable sales tax, the only exception is for you to give me a copy of your re-sale tax number.  Please bring someone with you to help you load your purchases.  We are full price the first day, half price the second day (there will be a few exceptions).  We have a bid box where you can leave a bid on the first day. Bids will be accepted on any items priced $100.00 or more. Bids must be at least 60% of the original price. Bids are opened at end of the first day and winners are notified then. Items sold on bids must be picked up by 9:30 am on Tuesday, or will be offered for sale.  I price things to sell on the FIRST DAY, so don't wait until half price day!  In my area of SW GA, NW FL and SE AL, I typically sell 75-80% of the items on the first day at full price!  No pre-sales, door opens at 9am sharp!!  I will gladly answer any emails and phone calls pertaining to the sale!

UPDATE 05.22.13:  There are some WONDERFUL things!!  If you love Victorian and Victorian style furniture and accessories, this sale is for you!  There are some neat local items as well.
