Sale begins 9:00am with no previews or early birds. We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax exempt please be prepared to provide current tax exempt certificate. All sales are as is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. We do offer reasonably priced delivery service for larger items if interested. Please respect the neighbors and do not park on their lawns, driveways or near mailboxes. We will be accepting cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express with picture ID.

Join us for a two day estate sale in downtown Madison, Florida as we sell everything inside the home. Beautiful bedroom sets by Thomasville and Sumter Cabinet Company, area rugs, lamps, art glass, patio furniture, artwork, boxes of geodes, lighted china cabinet, matching dinning room table with six chairs, rout iron bistro set, drop leaf table and chairs, kitchen table and chairs, yard tools, concrete planters, hand tools, and much more for sale. Doors will open Friday July 7th and Saturday July 8th at 9:00am with doors closing at 5:00pm on Friday and 3:00pm on Saturday. There are no early birds allowed and no early preview. All items purchased must be removed from the location by 3:00pm Saturday. We do offer reasonably priced, local delivery.
