This week’s sale is near Rosharon, towards the Alvin area. Wait, before y’all roll your eyes, and start that pouty 
stuff, you know,”oooooh, that’s so farrrrr”, things like that.  I live South of Angleton, and it takes me just a bit over 
30 minutes to get there. The  home is lovely, items are very nice and clean, plenty of parking on the street, and, 
the AC is great !!! This is Texas, for goodness’ sake, what more could we ask for ?  Plus, y’all go shop in Pearland 
and Houston, helloooooo, those places are even further away.

The address is 6315 County Rd 308, Rosharon, for you GPS people. For those who can follow directions,(yup, 
I’m one of that group !), coming from the Lake Jackson/Angleton area, take 288 Freeway towards Pearland. Exit 
onto FM 1462, towards Alvin. Go four miles, take a left onto County Rd 121,(it’ll be on the left, right after a big curve), 
go four miles, take a left onto County Rd 308. It’s the first house on your right. PLEASE PARK ALONG THE 
STREET, NOT IN THE YARD !!!!!!   The home is sold, so I want absolutely NO damage to the yard, please. 

No large purses, back packs, strollers or bulky bags will be allowed in the home. Please understand.


There will be two part tags on large or bulky items. If you want to purchase that item, please take the BOTTOM 
half of the tag, and hang onto it until you check out. If you change your mind, please give your tag to an EL worker, 
so they can reattach it, for someone else to buy.  Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack 
mules for large or bulky items. You need to make arrangements to have those items moved, carried, or hauled. 

Children MUST stay with parents or handlers.
