•This is a two day sale. Prices are non-negotiable on the first day. Discounts will occur over the course of the sale after the first day.
•Please do not park in driveway unless removing large items or furniture. Please be respectful of neighbors and do not park on their grass, in their driveway or block their driveway. Also, please do not block flow of traffic.
•We accept cash and credit cards for payment. Please bring proper ID for credit cards.
•If you would like to leave a bid on any item over $50, please ask for bid sheet. Please honor your bid if you win the bid.
•Buyer is responsible for removal of purchases by close of last sale day unless arrangements have been made. Please bring enough help to lift, carry and load furniture or large items. Our staff is not authorized to assist in moving your items.
•Not responsible for onsite accidents.
•Please inspect items carefully and test them before paying for them. All items SOLD AS IS. No refunds, returns or warranty.
•If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for buying the item.
•No pets, food or drink allowed inside the home.
•We only allow our own sold stickers. Please ask one of our associates for a sold sticker to be placed on the item, which obligates you to purchase the item.
•Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
•Doors will open at the published time. Signup sheet will be posted 1 hour before opening time each day.
