There is a 10% buyers fee for this online auction. If you wish to pay with a debit or credit card there is an additional 3.5% fee. 5.0% Wisconsin sales tax added to winning bid, buyers fee and credit card confivnce fee to determine final total amount due. 5.0% Wisconsin sales tax charged on total price.

If purchases are not settled for by the end of the scheduled pick up, it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be charged 35% of the bid price or $350.00, whichever amount is greater and the merchandise will be forfeited to LaCount Auctions, LLC

Items need to be picked up during the scheduled pick up time. Any items remaining after 10 days of auction close are considered forfeited

LaCount Auctions, LLC reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.

LaCount Auctions LLC reserves the right to cancel any auction , remove any item (s) at any time without notice for any reason.
