At the request of the homeowners children will not be allowed inside at any time because of the crowded conditions. No public restrooms. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents.

  • Pair of mid-century modern chairs - Drexel "Precedent" by Edward Wormley;
  • Small baby grand piano by Gulbransen - it does need cosmetic work on the keys, but it plays, and if you wanted to work on it you could have something awesome for a fraction of the price!
  • Pair of early 1900's Spanish Revival Wrought Iron Standing Electrified Candelabra's (appx. 5' tall) - in working order - c. 1920s. Each features gorgeous scrolled detailing. The top portion has a bulb on each of three arms. The original candle sleeves sit atop beautiful metal leaves top a central pole, which twists as it descends to the decorative acanthus leaf base.
  • Wicker and Rattan Furniture - settee, chairs, dinette set, sofa, coffee table;
  • Three Asian Screens;
  • Yard full of planters, pots, patio furniture, etc.;
  • Large aquarium filled with fish figurines;
