This week’s sale has a little bit of everything in it, for sure ! Lots of items to shop through.  Please note, the carpet has 
been removed from most of the home, and there ARE some tack strips still where the carpet was. Wear shoes.

The sale will be at 1101 E. Cedar, in Angleton. Friday and Saturday 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.  Parking will be 
best on the side street, which is Danbury. The home is about a block off Downing. My GPS insists it’s by the 
courthouse-it’s not.  Please don’t block the streets, neighbor’s driveways, or fire hydrants. Be courteous, be pleasant.

There will be no large purses, handbags, back packs, strollers, diaper bags, etc. allowed in the sale areas, leave 
those bulky things somewhere else. NO CHILDREN IN THE SALE AREAS, PLEASE.

Large items will sport two-part tags. If you wish to purchase an item with a two-part tag, take the BOTTOM half of the 
tag, and keep it until you’re ready to check out. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker,(hellooooo, we wear
shirts that say “Estate Liquidators” on them), and give them the tag, so they can reattach it, to allow someone to purchase it.

Estate Liquidators DOES NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, CARRIERS, OR PACK MULES. Please make your own
arrangements to have your large or heavy purchases moved.
