Bids will be taken on items over $50 to avoid any negotiating during the sale.  Pay the sticker price and the items is yours!   Sunday prices will be 50% off ticketed prices, although some exclusions apply.

Tickets will be handed out starting at 8:30 am.   This is done to help keep the flow of traffic going and to be fair and equitable on who is near the front of the line to enter at 9am. 

We will only be using the front door as an entrance and exit for this sale.   Don't even think about entering at any other location of the house or garage.   The line should start at the front door only.  Further instructions will be placed outside the front door if you plan on being an early arrival and want to have a place in line.         Your help in following this will make a great and fun experience for everyone.  

Parking - Early arrivals please follow the instructions regarding parking on the day of the sale.   We will have people assisting you to park if needed.
