Directions:  from Texas  Hwy 29 to Buchanan Dam turn on Hwy 261toward Tow; Turn at Lakeshore Library into Greenwood Acres; go 2 blocks; house is on left:  102 N. Oak.  Please do not drive over the median—water line underneath—if you can’t park in front, proceed to end of block, turn back. 

Almost no cell phone service—thus, no credit cards can be used.

In spite of the long drive, this sale is well worth it; beautiful picnic area overlooking the lake a mile or so down the road—consider a picnic lunch?
