  This week we have an eclectic Estate Sale with almost forty years of accumulation in the Prestonwood neighborhood of North Dallas.  This sale is packed with an interesting mix of unusual collectable items.  We have a terrific assortment of china sets, crystal glasses, cut crystal bowls, costume jewelry, and signed Lalique, along with some nice quality sterling and turquoise items. We have hand tools, gas/electric power tools, lawn and garden items, Hallmark Collectable ornaments and lots of Xmas.  We have some flat screen TVs, audio electronics, and computer accessories.  There are vintage books, CD’s, gently used furniture, and lots of clothing and accessories.  Come early for best selection.  We’ll limit the number of people in the house and will distribute sequential numbers to those who are waiting to enter.  Thank you for your patience!

  Entry / Living Room / Checkout Area – features costume jewelry, sterling and turquoise along with some vintage rhinestone pieces.  Nice signed Lalique pieces such as: a Poissons (sardines) bowl, a Luxembourg (large bowl with cherubs), Sparrows, and a Caviar bowl.  We also have Towle sterling silver flatware service for 12 with serving pieces and wood case with drawers.  We have a fine porcelain piece: Dolphins by Gunther Granget w/stand #215/500 (“private showing” for Dolphins ask at desk).  Some of these items will be reduced only once.  We have a large coffee table holding cut crystal bowls with fluted rims.  The coffee table has four beveled glass inserts with nice wood boarder.  There is a vintage matching love seat and couch along with two matching wicker chairs.  We have a small rifle cabinet and a five level open shelf.  There are pictures, books magazines and knick-knacks.  We have a great lamp and a beautiful tree with decorative pot.  We have assorted crosses and a decorative hanging metal leaf sculpture.  We have assorted Asian bowls and a nice rectangular table with marble top.  We also have two great statues: woman with water jug and woman with child. 

  Kitchen / Eating Area – features assorted pots and pans along with baking/casserole dishes - including stoneware   We have a side by side white Kenmore fridge/freezer.  We have amber colored drinking glasses in several sizes, one tall swivel oak wood bar stool and lots of assorted spices.  We have a Kenmore Microwave oven on a nice microwave cart.  We have a nice covered apple pie server, a four piece canister set and assorted cutting boards.  There is a nice assortment of kitchen gadgets, measuring cups and cappuccino cups.  Small appliances include a Betty Crocker cappuccino & expresso machine, Oster waffle maker, a Toastmaster electric knife, Mr., Coffee maker, Black and Decker chopper and Warring blender.  We have a Bunn warmer, vintage dishes and serving bowls, shrimp cocktail servers, assorted cups and a black and orange checked dish set by Arita called Angela Cummings 91005.  We have a nice oval table in the eating area with one leaf, two captain chairs with arms, and two without arms.  The wood table and four chairs are in excellent condition.  We have a grand green with yellow large leaf serving tray and a large dish set by Metlox Peppytrail hand decorated and called Antique Grape.  We have four TV trays with stand, cookbooks and assorted candles along with a metal six level decorative shelf unit.  We also have a metal shelf unit that folds and NEW (in boxes) Franciscan Apple pattern dishes.  There are eight boxes, and each box has a five piece place setting.  We have a bread box, a nice covered cake keeper and other assorted smaller dish sets.  There is also another set of crystal glasses and assorted milk glass pieces.  We have a great collection of James Sadler – The Red Lion, English Tea Pot collection.  There is also an assortment of glass serving platters.  We have a new collection of Thy Cup Runneth Over – makes a nice gift.  We have a set of Fitz and Floyd Renaissance large burgundy and white plates / chargers and a set of Fitz & Floyd Palais pattern dish set.

  Formal Dining Room – features Limoges Haviland & Company France Silver Anniversary Porcelain Dishes, Fostoria Candle Sticks Etched, and an awesome divided Fostoria serving bowl.  A great Lamp with shade (BNI), and a modern beveled edge mirror along with an assortment of plated water jars, tea/coffee pot, sugar and creamers.  We have a nice assortment of plated trays, bowls, a chafing dish, and small serving bowls.  We have some fine crystal water glasses and goblets.  We have .four different sizes of Fostoria etched crystal glasses along with Christmas dishes called; the cellar pattern O’ Tannenbaum.  We have an entire table of artificial flowers in different arrangements and bases.  The Drexel oval dining table is in great condition with two extra wide leaves.  It comes with protective table pads.  There is a matching Drexel serving cart that slides open at each end with storage below, and also a matching Drexel hutch with three glass doors and closed storage below.  We have Limoges twelve days of Christmas plates and a nice oval table with a Coffee, Tea, and Sugar and Cream set.  We have a nice set of Noritake China pattern Melrose and another Lenox China pattern Tuxedo both located in the hutch.  There are also two Drexel arm chairs and four Drexel side chairs that match the dining room set.

  Utility Room – features a white Maytag electric dryer and a white Kenmore washing machine.  We have mops, brooms, dusters, and a Hoover Porta power small carry vacuum.  Then we have lots of cleaning products and baking items, a basket, iron, and ironing board.  We have oven mitts, hot pads, a small Wisk broom, and other dusters along with a variety of thermoses including a large Coleman drink cooler.  We also have a Sears Steamer and an assortment of plastic containers.

  Family Room / Electronics / TV/ Office – features vintage Sony Mic Dynamo Microphones, a vintage plaid hide-a-bed and matching end tables.  We have a rocker/recliner, a vintage plaid top laminated oval table with one leaf, and four bamboo chairs with cushions.  There is a nice oak desk with center drawer and drawers on each side along with a nice vintage oak deck chair.  For sportsmen we have some museum quality trophies: a wall mounted Bobcat Hide with great coloring and in excellent condition (great specimen) and a pair of trophy Ring-neck Pheasants full grown with great coloring both in flight (great specimens) and finally a trophy mounted Pronghorn  (American Antelope), another great specimen.  We have a wonderful trophy specimen of a fawn cat sleeping on a pillow this is another great specimen.  Come early for these museum quality specimens.  In this room we also have an assortment of TV’s and a very sturdy TV stand (sold separately), along with some electronics and some computer accessories.  We have cables and a large box of CD’s, lots of interesting knick-knacks and throw pillows including Christmas pillows.  We have a stereo cabinet with glass door front and two Fisher speakers – (rare XP-7G) great sound (50 Watts each).  We have a Techniques Stereo double cassette Deck RS-T20 and a Sony Audio Video Control Center.  We have a box of old photos.  Bar area has lots of interesting glasses, trays, mixers and mugs all in great condition.  The fireplace has another Fireplace tool set (another in the Living room), pairs of brass candle sticks, and needlepoint Christmas stockings hanging on stocking hooks.  We have an awesome vintage tiffany style hanging stained glass lamp with ball globe.  We have a set of Time Life Art books and other collectable books.  We have a small drop leaf table with drawer and a nice rocking chair with pad.  We have some small numbered framed art pieces throughout the house. We have lots of framed for small pictures.  In the office area we have lots of office items including papers, greeting and thank you cards, desk items, rulers, a paper puncher and more.  We also have some camera accessories and cameras.  We have some Jim Shore Collectables along with other nice knick-knacks.  We have International Stoneware from Japan lots of collectable rocks and minerals.  We have still another large set of dishes by Mikasa called Country Classics – Fruit Panorama.  This room is large and packed.  It will take some time to look through all of it.

  Double Garage / Automotive / Tools and Xmas – features a three section tool chest on casters and a 3-ton car jack.  There is a vintage farm jack, a chest for garage and tool storage, and a small round patio table, a Sears deluxe spreader, a Craftsman spreader, and a Troy-Bilt Smart Speed Tuff Cut 220 Self-propelled gas lawn mower (needs carb tune-up).  We have a Troy-Bilt Pressure Washer and some Commercial Electric lighting.  We have a 6-foot green step ladder, parts to a bed, small signs, fishing equipment, golf clubs, garden hand tools, heater, and drawers of hardware.  There is a lantern, a hedge trimmer, a trouble light and a nice Hallmark oval sign.  There is also a Lawn Buddy storage cart.  There is a router table top by Varman American, a pair of saw horses, a tree limb trimmer, a pecan picker, a large level, assorted shovels, two trash (yard) barrels, and a Sears Craftsman workmate table.  There are hoses, yard items, hanging baskets and gas cans.  We have electric sanders (several sizes), a White gate Work Bench a round glass top Patio table with four chairs.  We have all sorts of small garden items and a large table of hand tools.  We have lawn and garden bags of grass seeds, fertilizers, and bug killers.  We have hammers, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, and more.  We have a large Pre-Lit Christmas tree 7 feet 6 inches (in box).  There are two card tables and two card chairs.  We have a White Kenmore Fridge Freezer and a Frigidaire Fridge Freezer both with freezers on top.  There are tables of Christmas decorations – Think Christmas in August (smile).  We have lights (new in box), assorted ornaments, (collectables, figurines, Hallmark and more).  There are some collectable Santas from various countries, Department 56 Village, Santa’s, metal Angels, outdoor lights (gift boxes) all sorts of wreaths (mostly Christmas). We have assorted breakables on built in shelves: Christmas, Easter, Halloween, & Thanksgiving.  We have a great Shabby Chic graduated shelf on casters.  We have a shabby chic hanging shelf, a small folding chair and lots of other interesting decorative items.  This garage is packed.  Better come early to get the best items.

  Front Bedroom – features a vintage wood full headboard and foot board with rails.  There is a nice assortment of luggage and a giant dog seat with mitten hands.  We have a camel-like wood trunk full of throws and a container full of small purses and bags.  There is a nice selection of books mostly hard back and some vintage.  We have a Asian-like double dresser, and a Sears Fashion Mate 252 sewing machine w/cabinet (needs work).  We also have a nice framed mirror and a vintage standalone wood floor lamp with round table.  There are lots of bell pulls and larger frames along with a musical key board (no framed legs).  We have a Sharp Twin Energy Pure Power vacuum.  We have assorted games and toy cars.  There are men’s clothing and coveralls.  We have a bookcase and more items from Highland Park school system.  There is also a box of crafting books a metal blanket hanger, and other items.  This room is packed, so it will take some time to see everything.

  The Hallway – features lots of hanging items for a child’s room including a butterfly and a large soldier, framed art and more Bell Pulls along with lots of hand written signs on wood.  There is also some hanging clothing.

  Middle Bedroom / Clothing / Toys – features toys for girls and boys including: children’s books, crafting items, Barbie dolls and a Revlon doll.  There is a bureau vanity top with oval framed mirror and drawers.  We have some stuffed animals and small fans.  We have a Marj Bastein Lamp, a small vintage vanity (needs a little work) and lots of clothing and accessories.  There are pants and slacks, coats and suits, hats and t-shirts, tops and sweaters.  We have a three-drawer plastic storage unit and a tote of wrapping paper and some rolls of nice wrapping paper.  We have two clothing racks for both men and women.  We have scarves, women’s and men’s shoes and much more.  This room is packed, so take your time in order to see everything.

  Master Bedroom / Vanity Area / Exercise – features a corner shelf unit with glass shelves full of interesting knick-knacks.  There are more bell pulls in addition to some tapestries.  We have a double mirrored triple dresser in great condition.  There are bibles, and more knick-knacks on the triple dresser.  We have a great rectangle mirror with large carved wood frame and a beveled oval mirror.  It is in great condition.  There is a three panel wood screen/divider.  We have a nice large storage Heritage armoire with divided sections and drawers.  It is in great condition.  There is a Heritage king headboard, footboard and rails along with a pillow top mattress and box spring.  There are also two Heritage night stands with lamps (BNI).  The bed is full of bedding, pillows, blankets and quilts.  There is also an emerald green wing back chair, a vintage tapestry love seat, and a small wooden storage unit with vintage phone.  We have some exercise equipment (New) Red Fitness machine with DVD and all instructional materials.  We also have a (New) Sharper Image Design Love Handler with all instructional materials.  There is the (New) Back Life Machine with all instructional material.  Finally, we have the Saunders Lumbar Traction Machine with a case and all instructional materials.  In the vanity section of the master we have hair accessories and lots of nail care, make-up, and scissors.  We have an assortment of belts.  We have a breathing machine, make-up mirror creams, lotions, cleansing items and more.  There is also an assortment of hair dryers, curling irons, make-up cases and more.  There is also a nice assortment of make-up.  We have a nice wedding dress all wrapped up and ready to go.  Come early to get the best selection.
