Featured Item - Wow!   This is quite the find!  John Deere 827e Snowthrower.that is excellent condition.   This item was originally purchased new at Hunter Equipment.around 4 or 5 years ago.   The item is like new.    Briggs & Stratton Dual Stage 249cc OHV 1150 series engine, 27" clearing width, 110v Electric/Recoil w/ large mitten grip, 3 qt fuel tank, halogen headlight, friction disc drive, 6 forward gears, 2 reverse gears, and with a max throwing distance of 35 feet from the chute.  These types of snow blowers are hard to find.   Be prepared for the upcoming winter months with this gem of a snowthrower of John Deere quality!   Go green!

Tickets will be handed out starting at 8:30 am.   This is done to help keep the flow of traffic going and to be fair and equitable on who is near the front of the line to enter at 9am. 

We will only be using the front door as an entrance and exit for this sale.   Don't even think about entering at any other location of the house or garage.   The line should start at the front door only.  Further instructions will be placed outside the front door if you plan on being an early arrival and want to have a place in line.         Your help in following this will make a great and fun experience for everyone.  

Parking - Plenty of street parking nearby this home.
