We met our next AWESOME couple and just fell in love with them! What an inspiration they are to us! Why!? Because they are taking a leap of faith and literally selling it ALL and only taking the clothes on their backs to hit the road and experience T-I-N-Y living, Coach Style! Make sure you put this one on the list of 'musts' this weekend! There will be an entire house FULL!!

• A 1-Owner 1999 Mercury Mountaineer 4X4 originally from Albuquerque, NM. Comes with a 210-hp V6 engine with a 5 speed automatic transmission w/OD getting on average 17mpg. Color is a 'Spruce Green' with a 'Graphite Grey' interior. This was the Mercury version twin model to the uber popular Ford Explorer. This vehicle has right at 120K miles which averages to about 6,600 miles a year.. NICE!! Owner represents this gem as problem free and mechanically sound and has the service records! Recently detailed and had a brand new set of tires put on. The ONLY issue with this beauty is the radio 'backlight' has burned out and it does not show which station your listening to, but, still plays all your favorite stations!
