Wed-Thu 9-4 HUGE 4 DAY ESTATE SALE FORMER OWNER OF LINCOLN PARK COLLECTIBLE STORE! This is a very unique situation! This store is packed from floor to ceiling and underneath tables! We joined forces with my dear friend "Our Next Sale LLC", to conduct this oversize hoarder estate sale located in Lincoln Park. The business owner was "Mr. Joe Gay" who owned the store called "Bargain City collectible/vintage shop"! We will also join forces on his home in Wyandotte down the road in September! If you don't like digging/hoarder packed area's and hustling this sale is not for you! If you like getting dirty and digging and searching out a treasure then this is the sale for you! Since it will be tight quarters, we would like people to try to bring a smaller box or an open bag. We will have a holding area as well. We have sold stickers for bigger items (you may need to schedule a pick up if it is too crowded). Since there is an abundance of items, we will have the check out stations outside in the back of the building. There will be plenty of parking in the parking lot next door and down the street! We will be bringing items outside the store to make it somewhat easier to move around. We have areas that are stacked so high that you need a ladder to get to them (we will have runners to help take items off walls). This is a very unique sale, because Mr. Joe Gay labeled everything. That is not the price! Most items are cheaper! We have 4 days to sell his items! We will have some items priced, but 90% won't be, so please don't get frustrated. I assure you these items will be priced cheap! We don't have a complete list of items, because we haven't opened 60-100 boxes and we won't until the day of the sale. There may be more treasures than you think! Tons of beer signs, vintage license plates, huge amount of wood advertising crates, advertising signs, a room designated to records, clocks, some mid-century furniture, vintage furniture, lamps, huge amount of knives, tons of collectible cars in boxes, music instruments, glassware, porcelain items, tons of art, vintage bottles, talk about tools!! wood planes, saws, every smaller tool you can think of! paddle car, paddle tractor, scooters, tins, tons of collectibles, some military, kitchen items, Barbie's, pottery, books, tables, shelving units, curio cabinets, store displays, retro shell chairs, coca cola items, huge gumball machine, trunks and so much more!!!! Word of advice***everyone should come the first day for great deals and especially the last day of this sale! You won't believe what we are going to do towards the end!***
