We love all of our customers, and we wish that that we could answer every email, text and phone call that we receive prior to every sale; however, we are always working right up until the front door opens to get the sale ready for you.
We are unable to quote prices on individual items, there are no early sales or previews, and no on-line sales. You must come to the sale during sale hours to purchase items. All Sales are final. Cash preferred, $50 minimum on credit/debit cards (with appropriate identification). Sales taxes are collected. Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. At the request of the homeowners children will not be allowed inside at any time because of the crowded conditions. No public restrooms. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents. |

50% OFF SUNDAY!! Note that the slides and 8mm movies are for sale again on Sunday. We thought we had the entire lot sold but that fell through. So if you were interested in those.....they're for sale! We open at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning. Huge time capsule of life in the 1960's through today. We are still organizing, displaying and generally making estate sale magic! The garage is full of tools and everything you can imagine in a garage that's been filled with the accumulation of a family's life. The house has a fully furnished dark room with old developing equipment. Loads and loads of time capsule worthy photographs - landscapes, cars, city scenes and everything in between. There is mid-century furniture, full kitchen, costume jewelry, Shirley Temple and Mortimer Snerd dolls, vintage clothes, cut glass, sewing machines, typewriters, old film cameras and lenses, fabulous old TV box, old cabinet radio, old books, slide projectors, 1950's Christmas decorations, vintage linens, vintage quilts and quilt tops, 1960s scarves and gloves, 1976 wedding dress with from Neiman Marcus that has been sealed all these years (until now), and everything in between. Come explore history and pick up a souvenir, or two.
