This multiple acre parcel has been purchased by a developer and both homes located on this property are to be demolished.  That means everything is for sale!  Furniture, appliances, cabinets, counters, interior doors, light fixtures, central heating and air conditioning units, patio furniture, stainless steel grill, molding, pool pumps and heater, lawn ornaments, plants and landscaping, shelving, and more.  The estate sale will open Friday September 22nd at 9:00am and remain open until that afternoon at 6:00pm.  Saturday September 23rd doors will open again at 9:00am and close at 3:00pm.  All items purchased must be removed by the buyer so bring your truck and the necessary man power to move the items.  If items purchased need work to be removed, such as cabinets, a delayed removal time may be required to not endanger other shoppers during the sale.

 For the shopping enjoyment of all we have the following requests.  Be polite.  Argumentative or rude customers will be asked to leave.  This sale is not child friendly.  If you cannot safely keep you children by your side, please make plans for someone to care for your children as you shop.

 All items purchased must be removed from the estate by Saturday September 23rd at 3:00pm unless arrangements have been made with the estate sale company.
