All merchandise will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and with all faults.
There are no guarantees or warranties whatsoever. All sales are final. We strive to honestly and accurately describe all items up for bid, however, it is Bidder's sole responsibility to personally inspect the items. By placing a bid, Bidder warrants that he has personally inspected the merchandise and satisfied himself as to condition, authenticity and value, or has chosen, at his sole discretion, not to personally inspect the merchandise. Failure to personally inspect the merchandise does not relieve the winning Bidder of responsibility for payment and removal. All purchases are subject to applicable state and county taxes totaling 6.75%. A 13% Buyer's Premium will apply to all purchases. A Buyer's Premium is a percentage (13%) added to the winning bid (hammer down price) and is payable as part of the total purchase price. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No cash or checks. Payment online only.
