A Little Bit About Us:
Caring Transitions in Lexington has been in business over three years. We help families downsize, declutter, move and liquidate estates. If it is a full estate, we sell the contents from the family home. If it is a partial estate, we move the items to our warehouse, combine them with other estates and offer them to you from this location. We love finding a new home for these items - whether it is a cherished family item or everyday item that still has good use. Being part of the recycling/reusing movement and keeping things out of our landfills is an important part of our mission. Our items are often one-of-a-kind, vintage or antique. We sell everything from furniture to Pyrex with a ladder or two thrown in! In this new auction format, we believe we can bring more items to you in a more efficient and timely way. Online buying is the preferred method of purchasing for more and more people today. You can shop 24/7 in your pj's! Note: our primary auctioneer for our online auction sales is Buck Prewitt. Lea Nugent is a certified Auction House Operator and Auctioneer Apprentice per Kentucky Board of Auctioneers.

About This Auction:
For this particular auction there are going to be almost 200 lots to purchase. Many items start at $1 with NO RESERVES (that means it sells to the highest bidder, no matter how low that might be = BARGAINS!). Items are being offered from multiple estates, including living estates.

We will be offering an opportunity to preview the items that are for sale. At our 'PREVIEW PARTIES' you will be able to see what's in the current auction before the bidding starts closing and 'PEEK' at the new items coming in the next auction. So, please plan to come to our PREVIEW PARTY, Thursday, June 13th from 5-7pm.

Bidding Instructions:
We have made every effort to describe items as accurately as possible with any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. CT does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. The preview has been scheduled so you may determine the condition of the product yourself. Please take advantage of this opportunity.

A bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). You are committed to purchasing and picking up your winning item(s). Please do not bid, if you do not plan to purchase. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement. Must be at least 18 years old to bid.
