Notes Regarding This Sale Event:

1.    This is in a gated community – Summer Glenn.  The GPS/Google address is accurate and will bring you right to it.  You MUST use the front visitor’s entrance, and tell the gate guard that you are going to the Villages Estate Sale at lot #13.

2.    Some items pictured have been removed by the family, per probate, prior to the event.  There was no time to re-shoot photos, so if there is a piece pictured that you are particularly interest in, please CALL US @ 353-288-1085 to be sure the item is still available.

3.    PARKING:   Please DO NOT block driveways, mailboxes, walk paths or fire hydrants.  PLEASE DO park in the same direction on the same side of the street.  Those not properly parked will not be allowed inside the sale venue.

I think the title says it all.  This has to be one of the nicest estates we have ever liquidated.  A mix of great taste and world travel offer up an amazing collection of furniture and personal items from every genre, and something for every taste.

There are a lot of authentic period Asian pieces, Tansu Chests, Book Chests, Wheeled chests, etc., as well as several hand-made rugs in various sizes, some silk, some wool, and some silk/wool/poly blends.  Also some great advertising pieces, cabinets, framed posters, etc.

There is also an incredible selection of wall-art, including antique needlepoint under archival glass, pen & ink originals, oil on canvas, pastels, charcoals, authentic vintage posters in acid-free framing with archival glass, excellent yard art and even a nice selection of garage items.

Of course, there are multiple sets of fine china and lots of Murano glass and Waterford Crystal, as well as (2) Sterling Silver flatware sets, both services for 12, one weighing in at over 20 pounds.

Take a look at the pictures of the very old stained glass panels, circa early 1800’s from a church in Rehobeth, Mass.  There really is something here for everybody.

Some items pictured may be removed by relatives prior to the sale, so please call first if you are interested in a particular piece.  We expect almost everything we photographed to remain part of the sale.  We WILL NOT be doing any pre-sales, and there will be NO EARLY SALES on the sale days listed.
