Sign up sheet is available Thursday afternoon: first 25 customers are allowed in when doors open. Gated communities; sign in sheet available day of sale Additional customers are allowed in as people leave. We do not allow large bags or purses into the home. Bring your own muscle and tools. Staff is not allowed to assist in moving or carrying items. We are NOT responsible or accidents or injury while in/on the premise.
