This week’s sale is at 16325 County Rd. 171, in Danbury. The house is gorgeous, the shop is large. Both are crammed full !!!!!

The sale is in a lovely home, at the West edge of Danbury. The sale will be Friday and Saturday, October 13th-14th-, 9:a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.  Parking is going to be 
extremely tight. The driveway needs to be left as clear as possible, for picking up purchased items. Parking along County Rd. 171 is an option, just please be careful !  
Traffic just whizzes past !  There is a large church parking lot, and, the community center,  a block away.

The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:oo a.m., on Friday morning. The first names on the list will be called, beginning around 8:45 a.m. 

We accept cash, credit cards, and approved Brazoria County checks.

There will be no children allowed in the sale areas during sale hours, homeowner’s request. Please abide by their wishes. 

Guns will be paid by cash only, no exceptions. No discounts on the firearms. All items are sold where is, as is, no warranties, nor guarantees either implied, nor given. 
All sales are final.  We DO take major credit cards, just not for firearms purchases.  There’s an ATM about a block from the sale.  All purchases are subject to a 
background check, by a law enforcement agency. Got a sketchy past ? Don’t buy a gun.

Large items will be sporting two-part tags. If you wish to purchase these items, please take only the bottom half of the tag,( I’m writing this very slowly, so you can 
understand it !), keep it until you check out. If you decide not to make the purchase, please return the tag to an EL worker, so they can reattach the tag.

Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules, for your large, or bulky/heavy purchases. 

We will have boxes out in the shop, for y’all to put your “shop items” in.  List will be given to you, of your items, and when you pay for the item(s), IN THE HOUSE,  
When you give the shop dude,(or dudette), your,(marked paid), recipient, you can take your items.
