This sale will run 9am-7pm Friday
Saturday 9am-6pm half price on all leftovers. We will not know about things being free until we hear further from the owners so we will post the outcome by Saturday on the website page. Look for it then. Also new information for next week’s sales will be available Saturday as well.

It is very important you bring your own boxes, bags or packing materials as well as gloves, boots or closed toed shoes and balance. If you have a hard time getting around this is not the sale for you but rather wait until next week to join us at one of the cleaner more organized sales. This landscape is dry and brittle, uneven, bumpy and downright dangerous so be warned to enter at your own risk and be very careful how and where you step. That said; there will be a half dozen sheds to dig through a house and garage full we hope to get set out for you to dig through that morning and absolutely NO prepping at all as the timing and alternatives are not available. We are doing the family a HUGE favor just to get you all over there to find something you can’t live without. Please come prepared to get VERY VERY dirty.

For those of you who like to dig through hundreds of unsorted boxes, sheds, shelves and drawers, to find tools, collectibles, antiques, useful household, books and tons of decorator pieces from years back. If you are up for the challenge- we hope to see you Saturday.

Thanks so much to all of you who came by that horrible ordeal at the trailer park on Tuesday. Much like Sun City, the sale has the crew enough to never agree to help a family with another home in a trailer park. That was the final straw. We will gift those requests over to our master-list of other liquidators in town and let them have at it. We just aren’t up for the task of getting yelled at by a chain-smoking power-monger park manager for no reason in particular other than her wearing the ‘hat’ and needing the influence in the future. Thanks but no thanks.

Next week we will have one or two smaller sales in the beginning of the week and then the GIANT high end designer sale Thursday Friday and Saturday in Elk Grove for all of you who have waited to obtain some really ‘nice’ things for your own home. These pieces of furniture and art are rarities at estate sales and normally don’t surface but we are lucky enough to have been hired by a woman with great taste, plenty of money to buy what she wanted and a large enough house to showcase these items. We can’t wait to see the looks on your face when you enter this lovely home!
