PAYMEMT TERMS: All purchases MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Cash, credit card, certified check, or personal check/company checks if they are accompanied by a guarantee from your bank. No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made. A 15% administrative fee will be charged to all item(s) selling. Checkout: Monday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm closed for lunch from 12 pm - 1 pm. If we do not hear from you by Tuesday we will charge the credit card on file. We will charge a storage fee of $5 a day per lot if items are not picked up by Monday, unless arrangements are made.

SALES TAX: Local sales tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt you MUST BRING a copy of your tax exemption permit or resale number or you will be charged sales tax.

INSPECTION:
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

REMOVAL & LOADING: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction and removed by the Tuesday following the auction by 4:00 P.M. We will charge a storage fee of $5 a day per lot if items are not picked up by Monday, unless arrangements are made.

While descriptions are believed correct, the Auctioneers or Owners make NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES as to genuineness authentcity of or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. It is for this reason that buyers should avail themselves of the opportunity to make inspection prior to sale. All Sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the Auction Company and owners free of any liability. Auctioneers make no guarantees. All items shall be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without exception. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
