The sale will be held Thursday November 16th 9-4 We'll have fair pricing Thursday 9am-12noon, 1/2 price Thursday 12noon-3pm, boxlot pricing 3pm-4pm and free and donation going from driveway and garage at 4pm till 5pm on Thursday.

William "Bill" A. Brown Jr, 73, of Sacramento, formerly of Helena, Montana, died peacefully while visiting his children in New Jersey on Friday, Aug. 12, 2016. Bill was born and raised in Helena, Montana, son of the late William A. and Margaret Brown. He was a graduate of the University of Montana, was employed by the State of California, and a proud veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy until being honorably discharged in 1963. He is survived by his children, Julie Dalbec and her husband Jake of Massachusetts, Todd Brown and his wife Jill of New Jersey. He also leaves his brother, James Brown and his wife Laura of Montana; his four loving grandchildren, Nathan Dalbec, Samantha Dalbec, Addison Brown and Greyson Brown whom he deeply loved; along with several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Cordelia Slater of Montana. Bill had many interests in his life, including doing historical re-enactments at his mountain man rendezvous' and Sutter's Fort, traveling in his motorhome, and spending time in his tin shop as a Tinsmith. He enjoyed reading and watching car races in his spare time. He was a proud member of the 20-30 Club in Sacramento, the Bachelor's Club, and the American River Muzzleloaders group. He also spent many years volunteering his time with the Sacramento Zoo and FairyTale Town on their Board of Directors. His true passion in his life was his family and he always looked forward to spending time with them especially at the beach, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and at Christmas time. He will always be fondly remembered as a kind, understanding, caring, 'stop-and-help-anyone-at anytime' father, grandfather, brother, and friend. For all who loved and knew him, his unique easy going and loving personality will be forever cherished and missed.

We will have an estate sale at his home in South Land Park to sell the remainder of his collection of antiques, primitives, reenactment staging items and plenty of general household. 

Some of what you can expect to shop from will be a HUGE lantern collection, antique ice cream scoops and primitive kitchenware, knives knives knives, kitchen pottery, glass and pots as well as pans, fire king and corning-ware, vintage records both lps and 45s, books, vintage wool blankets and linens, trunks, men's clothing, old bottles, karastan carpets as well as others runners included, canes, swords, (it should be noted the family is opting the donate the masonic sword you see in the photos on the dresser, we apologize that it will not be in our sale) wall hanger antique guns (over 100 years old and do NOT work) black powder items, artwork, Remington art and prints, games, tools, holiday, quilts, furs, horns, antique furniture and yard and garden.
