BUYERS PREMIUM: A 5% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.

PAYMENT: Wire transfer only within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions.

TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will close at 7:00pm CDT. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.

SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED. However - we are willing to work with your shipper at your expense. Please message us for more info!

LOAD OUT: Buyer will make arrangements with seller to pickup vehicle.

CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Old West Realty & Auction LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR OLD WEST REALTY & AUCTION SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.

Take a look at this beauty. This classic car has only 55,000 original miles, has fluid drive, and a 231 flathead engine. It is ALL original except the blue metallic paint and the interior which were redone about 25 years ago by the current owner.
