UPDATE 08.07.13: been working on this awesome estate for several days now.  WOW!!! There is a ton of great stuff.  Books galore, at least 2000 of them in multiple libraries/bookcases in the home.  No book will be over $10!!  There are a variety of subject matters, from nature to antique medical (lots and lots of them, some 1800s), to religious, to local and regional history, comedy to political and everything in between! There is a MASSIVE amount of ephemera, lot of it being Victorian.  There is a huge 120 pc set of Towle sterling silver flatware in the KING RICHARD pattern.  There are at least 400 piece of vintage to antique medical items, from surgical pieces to an antique baby delivery cart.  Tons and tons more.
