Items offered are part of a Live or Timed Auction at Olde Mill Town Auction & Consignment Gallery, Inc. Items are offered In Numerical Order. Absentee Bids left on Live and Timed Auction websites ARE NOT the same as Bids Left With The Auction House Directly. They are executed from a Proxy Computer Terminal In the room against other Internet Bidders. Other Competitive Bids include Bidders On The Telephone, In The Room, And Absentee Bids with The Auctioneer. In some cases Tie Bids may occur between On-line Absentee Bids and Other Bidders. Tie Bids are broken by the order in which The Auctioneer Accepts the Bids NOT When The Bids Were Entered With the webcast service. For Example, If there is a Tie Bid with A Live Present Bidder and an Online Live Bidder, Preference will be given to the Live Bidder Present in the room. In All Cases the Auctioneer has Final Discretion over which Bids to accept. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE For Inadvertent Bids, or problems arising due to Internet Connections, Incorrect Computer Settings or other Website related problems beyond our control.

Please Note: Everything in our Auctions are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITHOUT GUARANTEE. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and WITH NO EXCEPTIONS! All of our descriptions are written as accurately as possible, with all sizes approximate, and all apparent faults noted. Because of the volume of material we place in each of our sales, some descriptions may contain erroneous information or minor faults could be missed. YOU MUST, as a serious buyer, for yourself or a reliable representative come to our Gallery to Preview the items in person. You, the customer(s), are the experts. While our staff has a wide range of knowledge in the collectibles and memorabilia field, we cannot possibly have expertise in every specific category of collectible. PLEASE BE COMFORTABLE WITH THE ITEMS YOU ARE BIDDING ON, IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, WE PREFER THAT YOU DO NOT BID! This is not because we don't value your business, but more the fact that WE WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

Any claims as to Authenticity must be brought to the Auctioneer's attention within (2) two weeks of auction closing. Lots may be withdrawn by Auctioneer prior to sale without notice.

Internet Premium: 18%
Sales Tax : 7% - Sales tax applied to invoice total for Georgia residents without a current resale tax certificate, including Internet Premiums.
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.
Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Card, Personal Check or Bank Cashier Check only made payable to "Olde Mill Town Auction", Money Order, and Wire Transfer.

Payment Instructions: There is a 18% Buyer's Premium which will be applied to each item purchased. There will be local sales tax applied to all non-dealer Georgia residents and non-Georgia resident purchasers who pick up items in person. Everything must be removed by Friday, February 21 at 6:00 PM. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIALS. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LIFTING OF HEAVY ITEMS, PLEASE BRING ASSISTANCE. For Wire Transfer instructions please email info@oldemilltownauction.com. All wire transfer fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. All personal checks are subject to the approval of Olde Mill Town Auction & Consignment Gallery, Inc. UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL, THE PURCHASER WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE MARKED PAID WHICH MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-OUT AT TIME OF PICK UP. Unless you pay for your purchases by cash, certified funds or wire transfer, Olde Mill Town Auction & Consignment Gallery, Inc. reserves the right to retain possession of any individual item that sold until receipt of notice from our bank that the method of payment used has cleared the banking system and the funds have been deposited into our Escrow Account. If items are not picked up and paid for by certified funds, wire transfer, check or cash within 2 days after auction end your credit card on file will be automatically charged for your purchase. Items NOT picked up within the times specified without prior alternate arrangements will be considered forfeited and merchandise can be resold.

TO BE RESOLD IN A FUTURE AUCTION.

Pick Up Date & Times: Thursday - Saturday, December 21st - 23rd, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Olde Mill Town Auction & Consignment Gallery, Inc. 1700 Al Brooks Dr., Valdosta (Remerton), GA 31601.
