If you haven’t found that special “something”, for your Christmas gifting, this could be the sale for you ! The homeowners traveled through the European countries, and shopped very tastefully ! The lovely
home is packed with great items ! We will have coffee, wassail, and cookies for our shoppers at this sale.
The sale will be Friday and Saturday, December 15-16, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days, at #8 Heritage
Court, in the Timbercreek area. Parking will be very tight, please don’t block other residents in. Do not
park in the alley, the only entrance will be through the front door. The sign-up sheet will be put out around
8:00, on Friday morning. And we’ll begin calling the first names on the list in, around 8:45.
Per the homeowner’s request, there will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS. There will
also be no large purses, knapsacks, bags, backpacks, “diaper” bags, allowed in the sale areas. If you
insist on bringing a large bag of some type in, you’re agreeing to have it searched, if necessary.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules. If you purchase large or bulky
items, please make arrangements to have those items moved, or carried.
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and approved, Brazoria County checks. There is a returned
check fee of $65, plus, whatever your bank charges. If you think this is a lot, then don’t write your bad
checks with us.
