Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. JSI Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $113.00. If paying cash on pick up, you will save 3%. Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form (State of Nebraska ONLY) PRIOR to the auction. Out of state buyers (having their items shipped) will not be charged sales tax. Anyone (from anywhere) picking their items up in Hastings will be charged sales tax without a completed tax exempt resale form. Out of state buyers are responsible for following your own states laws regarding taxes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, JSI Auctions reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR JSI AUCTIONS SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
