**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE.
**All sales are final.
**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s).
**In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the sale will be voided and the buyer not charged. Once the invoice has been paid the item(s) become THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid for each lot. If you buy an item for $10, then at checkout a fee of $1.00 will be added. This is a way of sharing the costs of conducting the auction between the buyers and seller.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES), unless you have made PRIOR arrangements with Wester Auction for an alternate form of payment.

ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3% PROCESSING FEE, WHICH WILL BE SHOWN AS AN INCREASED BUYERS PREMIUM (13% vs 10%)

If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until noon the day after the card was declined to make full restitution, with another credit card. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 12 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you will be removed from our approved bidders list for future auctions.
