A cleaning deposit of $100 (cash) is required for each unit purchased. Unit must be cleaned out within 24 hours, If you need additional time please make arrangements with VANS management. No one will be permitted to register after the auction has begun.

We will begin taking bids on the complete contents of the storage unit. Reserve will be sufficient to cover deliquent rental amount accumulated by December 28th, 2017. There will be no buyers premium charged on the sale of the entire contents. Should the bidding not meet reserve we will begin selling the items individually from the unit. Items sold individually will be subject to a 10% buyer's premium. Primarily Motocross and dirt bike types without titles. Approximately 36 motorcycles, mostly Yamaha but a few other brands are represented. In addition; Honda Mini-bikes, Go Cart Frame, 1980's Monte Carlo Automobile, Motocross riding accessories, Tools, Large Tool Chest, Coca Cola Machine (circa 1970), Air Compressor, Motorcycle Tires, Boa Ski Snowmobile and much more.
