• Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty made by the auction company. • Any announcements made by the auction company will take precedence over any prior advertising. • Please take care of your merchandise after you buy it. Once the auctioneer says sold, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to protect his merchandise against loss or theft. • The auctioneer has the sole authority to make any decisions regarding bid increments, identifying the high bidder, sale order, and acceptance of any bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any individual whose conduct or actions would not be in the best interest of the seller. • All purchases must be paid for before leaving the auction site. |

Start the new year by spending the day inside at a great auction. Announcements day of auction take precedence over all printed advertising.
Absentee Bidding: We accept absentee bidding on all auctions and will bid on your behalf. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on all winning absentee bids. You can pick up and pay for your item(s) at our office Wednesday-Friday. Please call the office before you come to make sure there will be someone there to help you. Items will be considered abandoned and are the property of Black and Gold Auctions after 30 days if not picked up regardless of payment. You are still liable for your bid and payment of abandoned items. |
