Wow, this year has absolutely whizzed past ! This is our last sale of 2017, and it’s a fun one. The sale will be at 908 S. Indiana, in Brazoria. Please don’t block the streets, or driveways. I’t a dead end road, so park carefully. South Indiana runs parallel to Hwy 36. If you turn off Hwy 36, onto Tennis,(West off Hwy 36, Brazoria Equipment is on one corner, and there’s a church on the other corner. If you really want me to date myself, you turn where Autrey’s Dairy Mart was.), pass the cemetery, and go a couple blocks. The street T’s at Indiana, take a left. We’ll have signs out.
The sale will be Friday and Saturday, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.
No children will be allowed in the sale areas.
No large purses, bags, back packs, or carriers will be allowed in the sale areas.
We do accept credit cards, for purchases OVER $10.00. We also accept cash, and approved checks. There is a returned check fee of $65, if you think that’s too much, write your bad checks somewhere else.
If you have questions about items, or have a gripe, please find me. Don’t pick on my check-out people, or staff. I love dealing with perceived issues.
There could possibly be a couple of firearms in the sale, but they are subject to early purchasing. We will not sell to anyone not holding a current and valid CHL, and I’m gonna want a lot of info from a purchaser. There will be NO discount of firearms. You’re welcome to call me before you make a trip, just for the guns, to see if they’re still available.
Please note,(and, once again, I’m typing very slowly, so you can read and understand…..), Estate Liquidators does NOT provide carriers, haulers, or pack mules. If you purchase a large or bulky item, or items, please find someone to help you tote your purchase.
